Dick Dauphinais founded Strategic Compensation Partners (SCP) in March of 1990 with the primary focus of providing expert compensation and benefits consulting for organizations encompassing a wide range of industries and company sizes. Dick’s background includes more than 30 years of corporate human resources experience specializing in both the compensation and benefit areas. This experience has been gained through supervisory, management and director level positions held within major Fortune 200 companies at the division, group and corporate levels. Dick’s extensive compensation and benefits experience included progressively more responsible positions with companies such as United Technologies, Uniroyal, Nortel and Compaq Computers. Since founding SCP, Dick has enjoyed many successful consulting assignments in every industry sector for companies in all size ranges. His specialties within the compensation and benefit areas include the design, analysis and implementation of the following programs: sales compensation, pay for skills, performance based pay & incentive programs, team pay programs, executive compensation, cash deferred incentive programs, variable compensation alternatives, flexible benefits and stock option programs. Additionally, he has gained valuable expertise developing and administrating wage based programs for manufacturing, technology, travel, and government environments. SCP’s success has also flourished through the affiliation/partnership with other fine organizations such as Towers Perrin, the Perth Leadership Institute, WorldatWork and Insight Performance Improvement, Inc.
